Dreams of a visiting the Disneyland® Resort can turn into a reality with one quick phone call to the Disney Desk. Providing service to Guests staying at hotels located throughout the area, Disney Desk Cast Members create magical Guest experiences by determining individual needs to create a personalized Disneyland® Resort experience.

Disney Desk Cast Member responsibilities include providing excellent Guest service, having a detailed level of knowledge about the Disneyland® Resort and its tickets options, following cash handling procedures, making reservations for Guests as needed and managing a daily ticket inventory.

The starting rate for a Disney Desk Cast Member is $10.55/hour

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
