The Disneyland® Resort brings magic to life through fun-filled character meet and greets, spectacular parades, and enchanting shows. From character performers to dancers, greeters to technicians, Entertainment Cast Members make dreams come true for Guests who are both young and young at heart.

Character Performers portray specific costumed character roles, perform atmosphere meet and greet sets with our Guests, sign autographs and pose for photographs. Candidates must meet audition requirements and have the ability to meet movement and animation skill evaluations (additional requirements apply).

The starting rate for a Character Performer Cast Member is $10.00/hour.

Entertainment Host responsibilities include accompanying Character Performers during meet and greets, ensuring safety and show quality of performers, assisting Guests with requests, answering Guest questions and providing information. Entertainment Cast Members may have the opportunity to work in both indoor and outdoor locations.

The starting rate for an Entertainment Host is $9.60/hour
