Lost tickets? Dining reservations? No problem – Guest Relations Cast Members can handle it all. Located in our Theme Parks, Guest Relations Hosts and Hostesses work in a variety of positions such as City Hall, Information Booths and Lost and Found. But no matter what position they are in, they all have the same purpose: make our Guests’ vacation experience as magical as possible.

Responsibilities of a Guest Relations Host or Hostess include answering Guest questions, providing information and directions, handling Guest situations, cash handling, problem solving and proactively seeking out Guest contact.

The starting rate for a Guest Relations Cast Member is $9.60/hour.
