Experiencing Disney’s legendary Guest service is one of the highlights of any Disney vacation. Guests arriving at the Disneyland® Resort experience that service with each and every interaction with the Guest Services team.

As a Guest Services Assistant, your responsibilities include assisting Guests and Cast Members with questions, providing information and directions, cash handling and using available resources to solve Guest situations. Guest Services Assistants have the opportunity to interact with Guests face-to-face or over the phone and must have basic computer skills.

The starting rate for a Guest Services Assistant is $11.95/hour.
