The Maintenance team at the Disneyland® Resort includes numerous job classifications, all of which are crucial in providing the ultimate Guest experience. While some roles may require two or four year degrees, all possible candidates for Maintenance roles should possess at least four years of applicable experience in a particular skill, craft or trade.
