To provide an improved, more customized vacation
experience for our Guests, the Disneyland® Resort offers numerous
tickets options to meet the needs of every Guest. Ticket Sellers use that
information to provide exceptional Guest Service while customizing a ticket
option that is right for that Guest based on their individual needs.
The responsibilities of a Ticket Seller include
operating a computerized ticketing system, informing Guests about ticket
options, cash handling, providing information, answering questions, handling
Guest situations and accommodating special request. Strong communication and
listening skills and two full weeks of availability for training are also
necessary.
The starting rate for a Ticket Seller is
$9.05/hour.
Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the
Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of
the Disney Difference.
