At the Disneyland® Resort, Guests have the opportunity to experience not only our magical Parks and Hotels, but our legendary service as well. That service begins with their very first phone call to a Walt Disney Travel Company Travel Reservationist. Assisting Guests in purchasing tickets and vacation packages designed to create a magical vacation experience just for them, Travel Reservationists provide the first touch of magic in a personalized Disneyland® experience.

Responsibilities of the Travel Reservationists include providing excellent Guest service, handling high call volume, using a computerized reservation system, having a detailed level of knowledge about the Disneyland® Resort, following cash handling procedures, making reservations for Guests as needed and managing a daily ticket inventory.

The starting rate for a Travel Reservationist is $11.55/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
