Preserving the magic of the Disneyland® Resort is the main priority of the Custodial team. Working day and night to maintain the beauty of the Resort, they ensure that the magic of Disney shines through for all of our Guests to see.

Custodial Hosts and Hostesses will have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, on-stage and backstage. Cast Members will interact with Guests daily by answering questions, supplying directions and providing exceptional Guest service. Daily responsibilities include cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and general area cleaning.

Third-Shift Custodial Cast Members work throughout the night to ensure that the Disneyland® Resort is ready to welcome Guests every morning. Working at indoor and outdoor locations, both on-stage and backstage, nightly responsibilities include heavy cleaning, use of specialized techniques and equipment and overall physical maintenance of Resort areas.

The starting rate for a Custodial Host or Hostess is $9.05/hour.

Third-Shift Custodial Hosts and Hostesses receive of a starting rate of $9.75/hour.

Full-time, part-time and seasonal Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort may also be able to share in various aspects of the Disney Difference.
