What Is ImagiNations?
ImagiNations is a design competition created and sponsored by Walt Disney Imagineering to promote diversity. The competition enables participants to showcase their talents and gain practical knowledge in design, with the opportunity to win an all-expense-paid trip to Walt Disney Imagineering in California, monetary awards and be considered for internship opportunities.

Past winners of the competition have gone on to serve internships at Imagineering and some have become full-time Imagineers. Where are they now? We are proud to present just a few of the success stories from the ImagiNations Competition.
Walt Disney Imagineering
Walt Disney Imagineering is the unique, creative force behind Walt Disney Parks and Resorts that imagines, designs and builds all Disney theme parks, resorts, attractions, cruise ships, real estate developments, and regional entertainment venues worldwide. Imagineering's unique strength comes from the dynamic global team of creative and technical professionals building on the Disney legacy of storytelling to pioneer new forms of entertainment through technical innovation and creativity.
Application Deadline Completed application must be postmarked between October 1 - 21, 2011.
Project Submission Qualified participants will be notified by November 11, 2011 and asked to submit their project, which must be received by November 18, 2011. (Submission template will be provided upon qualification)
Final Competition Finalist teams will be invited to Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale, California in late January 2012 to present their projects to a panel of Walt Disney Imagineering executive judges.
